In an effort to make shipping costs cheaper for repair customers, we have implemented a flat rate shipping charge for certain amp modules, DJ media players, mixers and controllers. The charges and terms are explained below.

General Terms
Eligibility
Our Flat Rate Shipping Program is for Out of Warranty Repairs only. You can still purchase a shipping label from us for your Warranty Repair, but it will be quoted depending on your origin address. The origin address must be within the Continental USA.
How it Works
When a repair is sent in, or when it is time to ship a unit back to you after repairs have been completed, you can elect to take advantage of our flat rate shipping program. For requesting a label when sending in your repair, simply select "Yes" to purchase a UPS label when shipping to us for repair. When repairs have been completed, we will confirm your address and verify the flat rate shipping cost before sending the final bill.
Shipping Method
Repairs shipped under our flat rate program ship via UPS Ground. If expedited shipping is needed, please let us know and we will give you a shipping quote based on your needs.
Declared Value
Declared value is included in the flat rate shipping amount. If you are purchasing an inbound label from us, please be sure to package your unit appropriately. If your unit is damaged on the way to us due to improper packaging, a claim may be denied.
